4 pm is an edible installation dedicated to the afternoon snack, that in-between moment when a brief pause becomes a daily ritual.

Fruit jellies hang from a mobile structure. Visitors are invited to cut and eat them with a pair of scissors, slowly unsettling the balance of the work. Consumption becomes a sculptural gesture: every bite transforms the installation, leaving behind a different composition.

Made from local and tropical fruit, the jellies quietly connect this intimate ritual to landscapes and supply chains beyond the exhibition space.
